How it works – How to Easily Order NCR Invoice Pads or Sets

1. Size: Choose your size. A4 is a full standard sheet of copier paper (210 x 297mm), A5 is half a standard sheet, please see our Size Guide Here for more information.

2. Binding: You can choose to have your invoices either as pads of 100 sheets (50 sets) with a stiff backing board or glued into individual duplicate or triplicate sets. If you require 3 part triplicate each pad will contain 150 sheets i.e. 50 x 3 part sets.

3. 2 Part / 3 Part: Choose how many parts/sheets per set either 2 part if you want duplicate pads/sets or 3 part if you need triplicate copies of each sheet.

5. Sequential Numbering: If you require numbered pads, for example with an invoice number. Numbering will begin at 001 as default, but if you already have a starting number from previous pads either bought from us or elsewhere, enter this into the numbering box. If you have a specific place on your design you would like us to place the numbering, please let us know in the ‘Additional Information’ section once you have completed your order. If not, our designers will choose the most sensible place at the top or bottom of the design.

6. Do you Require Text on the Back: If you require a print on the back of your document, for example Terms & Conditions, you can choose to have your rear text on the back of the top sheets only or on the back of all sheets of your pads.

8. VAT Registered? We can add a sub total and VAT box to the bottom of the design table.

9. Business Name and Details: We will print your business name prominently at the top of your chosen design. All other details, such as your address, email address, website or telephone number, maybe even a strapline such as “Trusted Local Supplier” will also be entered into the header of the page. Please check all spelling and telephone numbers carefully, as what you put here will be printed on your design.

10. Upload your logo: If you have your own logo click the “Choose File” button and upload it. Please note – your logo must be good quality and high resolution. We can only print what you send, so if you send us a poor quality logo it will remain poor quailty once printed. Please see our Artwork Guidelines for more information.

11. Colour for your Name & Details: Choose your preferred text colour for your business name and details at the top of the page.

12. Number of Pads: Choose your quantity of pads or sets, each pad consists of 50 sets so a duplicate pad is 100 sheets (50 x 2) and a triplicate Pad is 150 sheets (50 x 3). You can start with just 1 pad if you prefer but, as with all printing, the more you buy the cheaper they are. Delivery is Free on Orders over £40, otherwise its £3.95 for most UK mainland addresses.

13. Proof Service: A proof isn’t necessary, as we will print your job to match exactly with the information you have entered/uploaded. However, if you want a preview of how your order will look or aren’t sure if one of the customiseable options your have selected is correct, such as text colour, we will email you a proof. Please note – we will wait for your okay before printing if you order a proof, so you must reply to our email.
