How it works \u2013 How to Easily Order NCR Invoice Pads or Sets<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

1. Upload Your Design:\u00a0<\/strong>We accept PDF, PNG, JPEG and PSD files. If your design is saved as any other file type, you can instead email it to us at info@thepadprinters.co.uk<\/a> If you email us your design, we recommend also ordering a Proof to ensure no printing errors, as some file types may not appear on our system as they do on yours.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

2. Size:<\/b> Choose your size. A4 is a full standard sheet of copier paper (210 x 297mm), A5 is half a standard sheet, please see our Size Guide Here<\/a> for more information.<\/p>\n

3. Binding:<\/b> You can choose to have your invoices either as pads of 100 sheets (50 sets) with a stiff backing board or glued into individual duplicate or triplicate sets. If you require 3 part triplicate each pad will contain 150 sheets i.e. 50 x 3 part sets.<\/p>\n

4. 2 Part \/ 3 Part:<\/b> Choose how many parts\/sheets per set either 2 part if you want duplicate pads\/sets or 3 part if you need triplicate copies of each sheet.<\/p>\n

5. Copy Sheet Colour:<\/b> Choose your preferred colour of paper for the copy pages of your pads or sets (top copies are always White).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

6. Sequential Numbering:<\/b> If you require numbered pads, for example with an invoice number. Numbering will begin at 001 as default, but if you already have a starting number from previous pads either bought from us or elsewhere, enter this into the numbering box. If you have a specific place on your design you would like us to place the numbering, please let us know in the \u2018Additional Information\u2019 section once you have completed your order. If not, our designers will choose the most sensible place at the top or bottom of the design.<\/p>\n

7. Do you Require Text on the Back:<\/b> If you require a print on the back of your document, for example Terms & Conditions, you can choose to have your rear text on the back of the top sheets only or on the back of all sheets of your pads.<\/p>\n

8. Upload your Reverse Text:<\/b> If you have selected reverse text, upload your text file. IMPORTANT: Our site only allows the upload of text files (.pdf, .doc, .txt, etc). If your reverse text is in image form (.png, .jpeg, etc) then please email it to us at info@thepadprinters.co.uk<\/a><\/p>\n

9. Number of Pads:<\/b> Choose your quantity of pads or sets, each pad consists of 50 sets so a duplicate pad is 100 sheets (50 x 2) and a triplicate Pad is 150 sheets (50 x 3). You can start with just 1 pad if you prefer but, as with all printing, the more you buy the cheaper they are. Delivery is Free on Orders over \u00a340, otherwise its \u00a33.95 for most UK mainland addresses.<\/p>\n

10. Proof Service:<\/b> A proof isn\u2019t necessary, as we will print your job to match exactly with the information you have entered\/uploaded. However, if you want a preview of how your order will look or aren\u2019t sure if one of the customiseable options your have selected is correct, such as text colour, we will email you a proof. Please note \u2013 we will wait for your okay before printing if you order a proof, so you must reply to our email.<\/p>\n
